The Frontier® Mono (EFH) fume hood is the most basic of all Esco ducted fume hoods with a single wall construction designed for a fully maximized internal work zone. This ducted fume hood is generally applicable for common laboratory applications such as boiling, evaporation, drying, and other applications that emit noxious fumes and vapors.

- Industrial grade support frame built with electrogalvanized steel and oven-baked epoxy coated aluminum.
- Phenolic resin laminate baffle system ensures airflow uniformity throughout the main chamber of the hood
- Aerodynamic curved side profile improves containment
- Progressive Bypass Airflow System redistributes air intake when sash is closed
- Aerodynamic design eliminates air turbulence, minimizes noise levels and static pressure losses
- Grade 304 stainless steel airfoil sweeps the work surface to maintain superior operator protection
- Independently tested and certified by Invent-UK to meet and exceed the requirements of BS7258:200
Single Wall Construction

Aerodynamic Foil Entry
- SS 304 airfoil safely ventilates fumes generated towards the back of the hood for superior operator protection
- Helps reduce turbulence and eliminate airflow
Bypass slots
- Progressive Bypass Airflow System redistributes air intake when sash is closed, improves containment
Base Cabinet
Each EBC comes standard with:
- 1 x Dished phenolic resin worktop
- 4 x Electrical socket outlets
- 1 x Swan-neck faucet
- 1 x PP Drip Cup located on left of worktop
- 1 x Gas fitting
Isocide™ Antimicrobial Powder Coating
- Eliminates 99.9% of surface bacteria within 24 hours of exposure
